Men's Fireteams Leader Application
Thank you for considering serving at Wellspring Church as a Men's Fireteams Leader (FTL)! We are excited to help you walk through this process.
This form is your first step towards becoming a FTL. Men whom we as a church are upholding as trustworthy and faithful to lead others must submit to a criminal background check process as well as complete anti-abuse training (if they have not done so yet for another serving role at Wellspring). It is likely that this anti-abuse training will be required again a couple of years down the road if you are continuing to serve.
